Submitting a complaint
In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Fill in the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect. The basis for considering a complaint regarding the sold product in a positive way for the Buyer is a video recording of the opening of the package. Such a recording should show the entirety of the factory-sealed shipping box, undamaged shipping label, condition of the package and then the process of opening the package. In the event of damage to the package, information about the damage should be reported directly to the courier company for the purpose of considering the complaint and paying the insurance.

2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also include all accessories received with them and a receipt or invoice.

Warranty

The period of validity of the warranty is two years from the delivery of the goods.

Delays from the warehouse to the store resulting causing later deliveries than planned are not a reason to obtain a free withdrawal from the concluded contract, they are not a reason to consider a complaint for the Buyer, they are not a reason to receive compensation or other additional benefits. Scheduled delivery dates in the product descriptions are only the estimated time of completion and are not binding for the parties to the contract.
