Send to PSA - safe shipping of Pokémon cards to PSA

Grading time at PSA takes approximately 3-4 months.

Select the number of cards to be graded

Add to cart the same number of product items as the number of cards you want to grade.

Protect your cards

Insert your cards into protective regular sleeves and then into toploaders. It is important that your valuable cards remain safe during transportation.

• Do not use double sleeves
• Do not use tight sleeves
• Do not tape up the toploaders

Each improperly prepared card will be charged an additional fee by PSA, which you will have to cover when retrieving the cards.

Add the order number

Along with the cards, include your order number in the shipment. You will receive the number via email.
This short sequence of numbers must be included in the shipment so that we know who the cards are from.

Completion time and stages

Due to the massive workload at PSA, we are unable to guarantee the time frame in which the cards will return our office. However, we will inform you of any changes in the grading process stage.

Costs

The main cost is €43.26 PLN.

The fee for each improperly packed card is €4.13 PLN per card.

Remember, if PSA charges an additional fee for a high-value card, you will have to pay this amount, it is independent of us and impossible to estimate at the time of card shipment.

If the updated sum of fees for improperly packed cards or the value of the card is not paid, the cards will not be returned.

After a month of non-payment, the debt will be collected through the liquidation of collectible items.

Package insurance
Your cards are insured during the entire process and the insurance amount depends on where the cards are located:

• In transit to PSA headquarters: up to €50 per card
• At PSA headquarters: up to 499 dollars
• In transit between PSA headquarters and the Polish Send to PSA headquarters: up to 499 dollars
• In transit between Send to PSA and your final address: up to €50 per card

Your cards are scanned in high resolution before being sent to PSA to ensure that it is indeed your cards that have been graded and returned to our headquarters.

In order to confirm the order, please pay for it within 3 days of placing it in our store.
Shipments are sent after the order is fully completed.
